Bowling
So I just finished my first actual bowling class. We bowled 3 games and boy does my arm hurt! So if my muscles are sore then it must count as working out so I can put on a check on that pesky chart I have. (I made a chart to help me be more motivated to work out, read my scriptures etc.....) I bowled with a bunch of guys. One is my sister in laws friend and 2 I know from our ward and then some random guy. The first game I got a 104, the 2nd 138, and the 3rd 134.... So far so good. I consider it a good game if I break 100 so I am well on my way! :)

nice work! I think I have broken 100 maybe twice in my life... so I'm impressed
