fantastic toys

my sister Sydnee made us and our new baby these fabulous toys! They are an owl and a giraffe! She is the best and I know the baby is going to love these! She will now have to make him toys for every Christmas and birthday from now on!

I know I haven't blogged in a while. I just have a hard time because there isn't really anything new going on in our lives besides my ever growing belly.  So while I'm sitting here at the airport listening to my Glee Christmas music I thought now would be a good time to catch everyone up on us!

Nick is over half way done with his internship! He should finish up at the end of January. He is absolutely loves everything about it except the part about doing it for free. He loves being on the ambulance and everything about the job. He has been to a call where a husband woke up to find his wife had died in the night and they tired to resuscitate her. He has also been able to drive code which means they have their lights and sirens on.

What he does is bittersweet because in order for him to have an exciting day someone has to be hurt, dying or dead. This is something I couldn't deal with but I am so glad he can and that he loves it!

The baby is doing great and I swear it is practicing for the Olympics the way it moves around all the time!

Yes I am still using IT because Nick still won't let me find out what we are having. When we went to get our ultra sound the tech wrote it on a piece of paper and put it in an envelope and Nick has it somewhere. I told him that he didn't have to get me a Christmas present if he just gave me that envelope! :) Maybe it will work! Keep your fingers crossed for me!

I am so excited to be in the airport right now and getting closer and closer to going to see my family. I can't say I'm going home anymore since my parents moved to Spokane and I have never actually lived in the house they live in now. But I am so excited to spend time with my parents and siblings. I haven't seen Addison or Sydnee since April. I got to see my parents and Bryce a few months ago but it wasn't long enough! It never is.

Newest Beanie design

I made these beanies for the acheivement day girls in our ward (girls ages 8-11). Their leader wanted to give them beanies for Christmas so this is what I came up with. I think I'm gonna make one for me too because they turned out really great!

The bow is on the side of the beanie as you can see!
